  • Delivery times for international orders typically range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination country and any customs delays.

Shipping Carrier

  • For both domestic and international orders, we partner with trusted carriers such as Sendle, DHL or Australia Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

To celebrate our amazing customers, we’re creating a feature where parents can submit photos of their babies or kids wearing NASSY for a chance to be featured on our website, social media, and other promotional materials. To ensure transparency and privacy, please read the following policies carefully.

1. Image Submission Policy / Terms of Submission

By submitting a photo to NASSY, you agree to the following terms:

  • You confirm that you are the owner of the photo or have permission from the photographer to share it.

By submitting a photo featuring a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo and consent to the photo being used by NASSY for promotional purposes. You acknowledge that the image may appear on NASSY’s website, social media accounts, and other marketing materials.

3. Privacy Policy Update

NASSY respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. When you submit a photo, we collect and store the image, your name, and contact details for verification and communication purposes only. We do not sell or share this information with third parties. All submitted content is securely stored and used only as outlined in this policy.

You may request the removal of your photo at any time by contacting us at: support@nassy.com.au. Upon verification, we will remove your image from our website and cease future promotional use within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Photo Removal / Opt-Out Policy

If at any time you wish to have your submitted photo removed, please contact us at support@nassy.com.au. NASSY will honor all verified removal requests and update our online platforms accordingly.
